PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cheque or credit card.
Cheques should be made payable to Sally Green and must include the name, number, expiry date and the cheque guarantee amount shown on your cheque guarentee card.

Please note that goods will only be dispatched after payment has been received/cleared.
GOODS
Handmade goods are by definition unique, with no two items being exactly the same, due to the natural origin of the materials used in Precious Gems.
PRICING
Precious Gems reserves the right to change without notice, any pricing in the case of manufactures increasing cost of materials or in the case of an error.
DELIVERY
Orders are usually dispatched within 21 days of receiving payment, subject to availability.
If your order is urgent, please email us and we will do our best to meet your needs.
We do not take responsibility for late or non delivery due to factors out of our control.
POSTAGE & PACKING
All UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery, which will need a signature when it arives with you.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at salgreen_7@hotmail.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of your item, detailing the item you wish to return.
We will be happy to make a refund or exchange providing the items are returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
We strongly recommend that you return items via Recorded Deliveries as we cannot refund or replace undelivered returns, please keep receipts.
We will not under no circumstances be able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with health and hygeine regulations.
We will not be able to refund any item that has been specially ordered outside our current range. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The postage cost is not reimbursed, unless Precious Gems is at fault.
Precious Gems is not responsible for any import duties, taxes and/or customs delays.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your item on salgreen_7@hotmail.co.uk to arrange a replacement.
We strongly recommend that you return items via Recorded Deliveries and in their original packaging as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items or damaged returns, please keep receipts.
PRIVACY POLICY
